3. Products & Services (Hair Extensions)

NoirLuxe Hair Extensions specializes in high-grade, premium hair.

• Product Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our products. However, as computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

• Unique Nature: Because our hair is a natural product, slight variations in color and texture are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of hair extensions and health regulations, products that have been untied, worn, or chemically altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Shipping & Processing

• Processing Time: Order processing typically takes 2-4 business days before shipment.

• Delivery: Once an order is handed to the carrier, NoirLuxe is not responsible for delays caused by weather, peak seasons, or carrier-specific issues.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Given the luxury and hygienic nature of NoirLuxe products:

• Exchanges or returns are only permitted within 14 days of delivery if the hair is in its original, unaltered state(tags attached, bands intact).

• Any hair that has been washed, brushed, or installed is strictly ineligible for return.

8. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Limitation of Liability

NoirLuxe Hair Extensions does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
