Our 14-Day Guarantee
We want you to love your Noire Hair Extensions. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the hair is in its original, pristine condition.

Eligibility for Returns
To protect the hygiene and quality of our products, hair extensions must be:

Unused and Unaltered: The hair must not be brushed, combed, washed, installed, or chemically treated.
Original Packaging: All tags, ties, and original packaging must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made wigs or personalised orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

How to Start a Return
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@noirehairextensions.co.uk (replace with your actual business email) with your order number and photos of the unused hair.
2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Shipping: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs duties. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they have been shipped or entered production. Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel the order, and the standard return policy will apply.
