Order Processing & Dispatch
To maintain our exceptional quality standards, all standard orders for UK delivery require a mandatory processing period of 2 to 3 business days prior to dispatch.
Our dispatch team operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once an order is successfully placed, our automated processing commences immediately. Consequently, we are unable to modify, amend, or alter orders once they have been submitted. Delivery addresses cannot be changed without formally cancelling the original order and placing a new one.
We highly recommend securing your Noirluxe pieces at least one week prior to any important engagements or hair appointments to accommodate any unforeseen transit delays.
Bespoke & Pre-Order Collections
For our exclusive custom creations and pre-order items, please anticipate a delivery window of 3 to 12 working days. Because these premium pieces are meticulously made-to-order, this timeframe applies regardless of your chosen shipping method at checkout. As soon as your bespoke order has been perfected and is ready for dispatch, it will be expedited using your selected delivery preference.

Tracking Your Noirluxe Investment
The moment your beautifully packaged order has been processed and handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a formal shipping confirmation via email, complete with comprehensive tracking details. This allows you to monitor your luxury extensions every step of the way.
Duties, Taxes & Address Accuracy
International Duties: Noirluxe Hair Extensions is not liable for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees associated with international shipments. These charges remain the sole responsibility of the client upon delivery.
Address Verification: We respectfully advise our clients to meticulously verify all personal information and delivery details during checkout. Noirluxe cannot be held responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect address entries, as corrections cannot be made once an order has been dispatched. Should a parcel be returned to us due to an inaccurate address, or in the event of an approved exchange, the client will be responsible for any subsequent re-delivery fees.
